Secure Assets Holding LLC was founded in March 2023 in Silver Spring, Maryland. Not as just another company — but as a concrete response to a real need: many people, especially in Latin American communities and emerging markets, do not have access to the financial, legal, and structural services they deserve.

AML/KYC, the Patriot Act, Federal Banking Circular 1998, and the framework of Article 305 of the Swiss Penal Code. This is not bureaucracy — it is our guarantee that every transaction is structured correctly, from beginning to end.

Three years. Verifiable growth.

2023 — Foundation

Incorporation in Maryland. Obtaining the federal EIN, active commercial construction license, and RON certification for online notarization through Proof.com. Launch of financial advisory services, document management, and first SBLC instrument structuring.

2024 — Expansion

Opening of operations in Spain (European Union) and Bolivia. Full launch of financial instrument services: SBLC, BG, and DLC.

2025 — Innovation

Development of the SAH1 Token on the Polygon blockchain. Official alliance with the F20F Foundation and the FLACoin ecosystem. Expansion of document management, ITIN, and company formation services for the Latin community in the United States. Beginning of development of the three satellite apps.

Janine is the principal architect of Secure Assets Holding LLC. As Managing Principal, she oversees all U.S. operations and coordinates the international network. Her authority as a certified U.S. Notary Public allows her to authenticate documents with full legal validity, including remote online notarization through Proof.com. Her expertise spans the structuring of international financial instruments, commercial construction project management, and supporting individuals and companies through all legal establishment processes in the United States.

Luis leads Secure Assets' operations in the European market, acting as legal representative in Spain and coordination point for international business support in the European Union. His knowledge of the European regulatory framework combined with international business operations experience allows him to act as a practical bridge between the U.S., European, and Latin American markets.
